Ellie's first birthday involved the world's cutest birthday outfit and tiny adorable pigtails. She made the most perfect and sweet birthday princess imaginable.
Naturally we invited the whole family, and even more naturally the whole family came. Ellie had the best most girly birthday cake complete with crown and wand. Her doting family showered her in girly outfits and toys. Notable amongst them was the world's most irritating toy (a blue dog guitar that makes weird semi musical dog noises) thanks to Aunt Beckie, Ellie loved it, I am already plotting its demise.
Ellie had her own little matching cake to chow down on which she seemed to like pretty well.
Even more then eating then she enjoyed smashing it.
Ellie loved being the center of attention. She was very happy to have brothers and cousins open her presents for her. First birthdays are always a delight.
Naturally the Sunday after her birthday she had to use her birthday crown and wand from her cake. Happy birthday beautiful Ellie!
