It is a pretty big deal when one of your kids graduate especially from kindergarten. Trust me when I say that the program is far more entertaining and the kids much cuter than a high-school or college one.
The sang several songs, all of which Miles actually sang. This is a first for me. Usually I have the confused looking kid who looks around like they have never heard these songs before in their life. Miles did awesome and looked so darling.
Naturally his favorite thing was table piled up with cookies and punch at the end. Our tradition is that whoever graduates from kindergarten gets to go pick out a special lunch. Usually that ends up being Chick-fil-A.
Miles teach this year was Mrs. Crockett, a darling teacher who did a wonderful job of inspiring Miles with a great desire to learn.
