One of the really fun projects for third grade is the wax museum. You do a little biography on a famous person and then you dress up like them and act like a wax museum statue. Ian chose Buzz Aldrin.
You can see him, super adorable, in his astronaut costume standing like a wax statue next to his poster on Buzz Aldrin.
Another really fun spring activity is the pinewood derby. Ian chose to make his care look like the bat-mobile. It should be made very clear that it was me that helped him make his pinewood derby. I don't have tools, skills, or coordination. Luckily Ian never noticed.
Ian had a great time and his care even placed in a few races.
