Instead of a ward Halloween party; we had a neighborhood one in the cul-de-sac up the street from us. It was so awesome to have it outside instead of in a church. The kids could run around without it being considered naughty. There were a bunch of games to play. Everybody brought chili and all the kids got to wear their costumes. Cyndie came too which was especially fun for us. Liam dressed as the Miner Forty-Niner from Scooby Doo. He definitely came up with that himself.
Miles was Yoshi. Ian was a fox. They loved the cake walk (everybody could get a chance to win a cupcake). They loved the fishing pond and all the other fun games.
Ellie was a bunny. She loved that she randomly got to eat whatever she wanted off of anybody's plate. She also liked that she could dance. There was Halloween music playing in the background. Best Halloween party we've been to. It was a blast!
Naturally here is the whole family posing for our first Halloween in our new house!
That was really too fun for words. What a good idea. It totally reminded me of some of the fun times in Florida. Great costumes by my grandchildren. They were the best.
