Perfect Day For A Frightmare!

This year we decided that it would be fun to go to Lagoon for Frightmares. The boys were very excited although they weren't entirely sure what it was.

The weather was very pleasant although a little rainy. Of course the whole park was decked out big time in Halloween décor which the kids were delighted by.

There were all the rides I remembered as a kid plus several more additions. I had a lot of flashbacks to my childhood riding all of these kid rides with my cousin Eric. It was fun--- a combination of old and new memories for me.

Ian and Miles loved going on all of the kiddie rides. Liam is far more into roller coasters, but had limited chances to go on them since the little kids outnumber the big ones.

Over where the Pioneer village was there was all kinds of games and prize gathering which the kids loved. There was also a trick or treating for little kids. The staff at lagoon were really cool about Liam joining in despite his bigger size.

A big high light for us was there was a kid friendly haunted walk that you could take. The kids loved it. There were monsters that camouflaged into walls and would creep out at you, and displays with spiders and coffins and all things Halloween.

Ellie was not a huge fan of Lagoon and when it came down to it she would infinitely prefer a nap.

Liam of course loved every part of Lagoon and has continued to beg for another trip since.
