Preparing For Our Last Halloween in Texas

This year is our very last year in Texas. Heck if you want to get technical (and generally speaking I do) we're really looking at our last eight months in Texas. Most certainly this is our last Halloween. We pulled out our well loved and well used decorations and decked out the house in style. This was not enough for Liam. He hot glue gunned a decorative Halloween Lego knocker on his door.

He put plastic bag "spiderwebs" on various things in his room.
He took our foam jack-o-lantern, a rat, and dryer lint to decorate his desk. I laughed pretty hard about all his home made decorations...
...and the next day bought a bag of spiderwebs and changed out all the hobo style plastic bags and lint.
One of my kids favorite thing to watch during Halloween is the Martha Stewart Halloween collection. We rent it yearly from Netflix for the kids. This year we decided to make a pumpkin patch cake. I think it turned out pretty darn cute. Matt took it in for a work party; where it was a pretty big hit.
